Presenza by Y Media agrees to create written social media content for the client based on the package selected. The scope of work is as follows:
All content is delivered as a branded Presenza document sent by email. Delivery timelines begin once the onboarding form has been fully completed and received — not from the date of payment.
Payment is required in full before any work begins. Payment is made at the final step of this portal, once your onboarding form is complete, using the unique reference number provided. Work begins once payment has been received and matched. By agreeing to these terms, the client confirms they have read and understood everything set out in this document.
Due to the bespoke nature of this service, refunds are not available once the content has been written and delivered.
If a client believes the content does not reflect what was agreed, they should contact Presenza by Y Media within 3 days of delivery. We will review the onboarding responses and, where reasonable, make amendments at no extra charge.
Presenza provides written content across all tiers. Custom branded visuals are included in Tier 3 only. Presenza does not post content on the client's behalf, manage social media accounts, or guarantee any specific results including follower growth, engagement rates, or leads.
Once delivered and paid for, all content belongs to the client. Y Media retains the right to reference the work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Any information shared by the client during onboarding is used solely to create their content. Y Media will not share, sell, or disclose client information to any third party.
By confirming below, both parties agree to the terms set out in this document. A written email reply stating "I agree to the Presenza service agreement" also serves as a binding confirmation. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
